Question: How do I know if a problem is my responsibility?
Answer: SkyRunner Networks is responsible for all hardware from the antenna until the cable reaches either a wall jack, computer, or router (unless a special service agreement is made). Unnatural accidental damage to the equipment or cable does not fall under SkyRunner Networks' responsibility.
